Getting the length right

Body wave hair is measured stretched straight, from the top of the hair to the end of the longest strand. Because of the wave pattern, the wig will look shorter than the stated length when you wear it — usually by 2 to 3 inches. If you want it to sit at shoulder length, size up. Allow up to 1–3cm variation, as each wig is measured by hand.

First wear

Your wig arrives compressed for shipping and may look flat or shorter than expected when you unbox it. This is normal. Take it out, shake it gently, spritz with water and a leave-in conditioner, and let it air dry — the wave pattern and full density will come back.

Care

• Wash every 8–10 wears with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers
• Air dry on a wig stand, or diffuse on low heat
• Always use a heat protectant before styling
• Store on a stand or in a satin bag when you're not wearing it
• With proper care, expect 12–24 months of wear

Returns

Unworn wigs in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once the lace has been cut, or the hair has been worn, washed, dyed, or bleached, we can't accept a return — for hygiene reasons. Email us before sending anything back and we'll issue a return authorization and the correct address.
