Checkout and payment
Checkout is handled through Shopify's commerce infrastructure. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout, and payment details are processed through the applicable payment provider.
Shipping you can plan around
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days within the United States and 7–15 business days to Canada, the UK, and Europe. Tracking is provided when an order ships. Qualifying orders over $100 receive free shipping.
Clear return guidance
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility and exclusions are explained in our Refund Policy.
