Start2Finish is an independent online store based in Berkeley, California. We're small, we're new, and we're building something we want to last.
How we choose what we sell
We don't list a product because it's trending. Before anything goes on the site, we look at three things:
Quality that holds up. We work with a small group of vetted specialist suppliers rather than the cheapest source available. Our jewelry comes from a dedicated jewelry maker. Our hair comes from a specialist hair supplier. That's deliberate — a generalist warehouse is good at nothing in particular.
A price that's honest. No inflated “compare at” prices designed to make a discount look bigger than it is. What you see is what the item is worth to us.
Something we'd actually own. If we wouldn't wear it, wear it out, or put it in our own home, it doesn't go up.
What you can expect from us
- A straight answer, from a person. Email us and you'll hear back from someone who can actually resolve it, usually within 24 hours.
- No surprises at checkout. Shipping is calculated before you pay. Free on orders over $100.
- 30 days to change your mind. If it's not right, tell us and we'll fix it.
- Your details stay yours. We don't sell customer data. Checkout is SSL-encrypted and handled by Shopify's payment infrastructure.
We're at the beginning
You won't find thousands of reviews on this site yet. We'd rather earn them than manufacture them.
If you order from us early, you're taking a chance on a new store — and we take that seriously. If anything about your order isn't right, email us directly and we'll make it right. That's the whole promise.
